Purchasing, Joint Restraints division

Requirement Analysis – Manage adequate inventory levels for over 600
items in 12 warehouses with a total inventory value of over $10.5 million (Tool
used: DRP – Prelude Systems)

Forecast Analysis – Compare usages to forecasts and develop models
to predict forecasts for upcoming months based on past usage data and
projections from marketing

Trend Analysis - Evaluate the sales trend by analyzing the
deviation between actual usage and forecast and adjust forecasts accordingly

Parametric Analysis - Review and change purchasing parameters every
month for different warehouses based on usage patterns in an effort to audit
