The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Student Chapter at the University of Houston promotes the ASCE vision: Civil engineers are global leaders building a better quality of life.
During the 2013-2014 academic year UH ASCE will promote the ASCE vision by:
Increasing leadership opportunities for members
Increasing participation in community service activities
Promoting communication between students and Professional Engineers
Increasing involvement in student competitions
Providing new engineering students with valuable connections to upperclassmen
