Guarntee Policy
Guestrooms may be guaranteed for late arrival by contacting the hotel prior to JANUARY 10, 2006 with individual credit card. Guaranteed reservations (without occupancy) are held for one night and not for the entire length of stay. Rooms not guaranteed forlate arrival will be held only until 6 PM on the day of arrival. After that time they will be released for sale to the general public.Rooms may be guaranteed by submitting one night’s room and tax or through use of a major credit card.Cancellation
The performance of this Agreement by the Hotel is subject to any circumstance making it illegal, impractical or reasonably impossible for the Hotel to provide the services as provided for herein at the Hotel, including events scaused by acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disaster, or curtailment of transportation facilities, or curtailment or interruption of utility service for sewer, water or power to the Hotel. IF CANCELLATION by INFORMS OCCURS, the following will be due to Hotel:
